First Book Signing Of 2016

Hello everyone! I hope all of you had a blessed holiday season and enjoyed some relaxing family time.

For those of you who will be in the area, my next book signing event will be held at The Viewpoint in Columbus, Indiana, on Saturday, February 6, 2016.
I will speak about the book, the writing experience and there will be time for questions and discussion.
I will have softcover books, ebook cards, and Special Edition hardcover copies available for purchase. If you wish, I will be honored to sign them for you.

Read the announcement posted on the Viewpoint website.

New Blog Homepage

In addition to our original web address, there is now a new domain which points directly to this blog.

The address is: http://www.understandingscripture.com

Due to the high volume of spam we were receiving, it became necessary to limit comments to registered users.

Please visit the Welcome/Registration page and supply your name and a valid Email address, and I will send you your login credentials.

We welcome your comments, suggestions and valuable contributions. As you will notice, we are using a new, pleasant theme. I hope you enjoy it.

Pentecost Drawing: we have a winner!

Congratulations to Al, who won the drawing! He will receive a Special Edition hardcover copy of my book.

I hope all of you had a wonderful Pentecost. I plan to post an audio study on the topic in a few days. Thanks to those of you who have posted during the contest. Please continue to write and let me know what you would like to see and hear in this blog.

Enter The Pentecost Drawing!

To celebrate Pentecost this year, I would like to offer you the opportunity to win a copy of the Special Edition of my book. This is a hardcover version, and is not available anywhere other than through me.

Here’s how it works. Read through my blog and comment on any (or all) of my posts. Each time you submit a comment which I publish, you will be entered in the drawing. The more you write, the better your chance will be of winning. Of course, your submissions must be worthy of publication.

Not only does this give you a chance to win a copy of the book, but it also gives us a chance to enter into meaningful dialog. I look forward to meeting many of you and learning from your comments!

To be entered into the drawing, your submissions must be received by Pentecost, which is June 8, 2014.

Special Edition Hardcover Books

For those of you who are interested, I now have Special Edition Hardcover books for sale. These are only available directly from me. They are priced at $23 and if you have already purchased my book in another format, the price is reduced to $20.
